Network access rules.

I need help with the setup.
Task:
Give a group of users access to two IPs, block everything else but allow access to the Internet. In my understanding, if the user selects "Predefined traffic", then the networks defined in the firewall rule should be available to him and the Internet should be unrestricted, and if "all traffic" is selected, then all traffic is routed through the tunnel. I have now configured the settings and I see that the two IPs defined in the rules are available without problems, but the Internet does not work, if I do a tracert from a PC, I see that the Internet is limited by defguard. Please help me configure it correctly. Thank you
