Description of feature
Currently, SAMURAI concatenates the copy number caller output plots into a single PDF report for easier visualization.
This feature extends the same behavior to the newly introduced restyled CNV plots. In addition of generating multiple individual files, all restyled plots should also be merged into a single PDF, providing a consistent output structure across the pipeline and simplifying result inspection.
