Ground Model: total-distance metrics, targets, solvers, and variation

Populate the existing total-distance, roll-distance, bounce-count, and final-offline contracts plus qualified bounce/skid details. Integrate ground parameters/results with spatial targets, inverse/capability optimization, seeded variation, dispersion, and wind strategy while preserving typed unavailable results for misses/failures.

Current versioned progress for #4273 is now explicitly tracked across three draft stacked PRs:

• feat(ground): add qualified study projection (#4273) #4306 at exact head 99f7fefbd61a7eb9285c4a9297618bf52344055e: strict ground-study-projection/v1, arbitrary-plane target geometry, censored/airborne treatment, solver eligibility, canonical summaries, and profile/result evidence.
• feat(ground): bridge qualified studies to flight metrics (#4273) #4307 at exact head 76292d7a97e891aa88b06b3ea85f9e7e5b506e9e: one-way qualified-study adapter to total distance, roll distance, bounce count, and signed final-offline flight metrics, preserving the study as provenance authority.
• feat(rate): adapt ground studies to scalar ensembles #4308 at exact head edd898089d017e36b814bfea408a7845734c7706: bounded explicit-identity adapter into scalar-ensemble/v1, retaining censored/unavailable values, target binding, profile/calibration/producer evidence, and stable study identity.

The stacked slices were independently reviewed and their current PR bodies retain focused/full local evidence. This remains partial: ensemble execution, rendered dispersion, wind/capability/inverse composition, UI, compiled runtime, UpstreamDrift consumers, protected CI/review, and dependency-ordered release are not complete. #4273 and epic #4267 therefore remain open.
