FYI: Circle Compliance Engine only available for eligible customers

The lessons regarding Circle compliance can no longer be completed as Circle have changed their access to the Compliance Engine. Having contacted Circle, they responded by informing me that the Compliance Engine is only available for eligible customers and you now must apply through a Request Form.
