What to build

Make the new app deployable and the documentation true again.

GenerateKnowledgeBaseApp replaces the retired datahub RAGFlow generator: chat app name, an optional
credentials parameter for the OpenAI key, and the admin-history and auth flags. Re-export it from the
brick's top-level __init__.py, add the facade exports for the new components, and update the brick's
CLAUDE.md with the new routes.

Finally, move all four plan documents from docs/todo/ to docs/done/ — they describe shipped work at
that point.

Acceptance criteria

• The generator task creates a working knowledge-base app, including the credentials-supplied API key
• The task is re-exported at brick top level and the component facades are updated
• The brick CLAUDE.md lists the new routes and app directory, with no stale RAG app references
• The four plan documents are moved to docs/done/
• The brick version is bumped and the dependency list matches what is actually installed
