I checked the public mirror for that instruction and it isn't there — no English-only requirement exists anywhere in the agent runtime source, so this comes from the server-side system prompt (which matches your timing: worked a week ago, now enforced). I am a Russian-speaking student and don't understand English very well. When I asked the agent to speak Russian, they said their system prompt requires them to speak exclusively in English. Could you please remove that requirement from the system prompt?
