Did this Skeletal Master just tried to upgrade brown chick?

Describe the bug

I was approaching the skeletal master and got a log message: "You feel a sudden, intense burst of energy in the air between the skeletal master and the brown chick". The bird in question itself is nearby, close to the master.

Steps to reproduce

1. Spawn brown chick.
2. Spawn skeletal master.
3. Wait.

Expected behavior

Zombie master does not upgrade brown chicks.

I belive I've seen similar behavior with zombies that can't be upgraded. Attempts to upgrade should probably only be performed on critters that can be upgraded (and can reasonably be upgraded by zombies, to new types of zombies: they shouldn't be able to evove mi-go, for instance (and even if there would be a check against upgrading hostiles, there should be no attempt to upgrade non hostile non zombies anyway as well)).
