- stellar_energy 系列配方原本写 .EUt(1920 * LV)，LV 是档位下标（值为 1），九档因此恒为 1920 EU/t
- 输入电路与输出区间都随 tier 升档，只有功率不变，导致高档位纯赚，改为 .EUt(VA[tier])
