The finalize_treeflux.R scripts reads in Static chamber inventory_11272023.xlsx - Updated 11_27_2023.csv, which has chamber volumes information, and uses this for the CO2 and CH4 flux calculations.
Note however currently we do NOT account for the 7810 or tubing; these volumes are small relative to the chambers, so shouldn't change fluxes much, but needs doing. There are TODO notes in the code (lines 97-98 and 115-116) about this.
