fix: resolve pnpm version conflict and upgrade checkout to v5

Deploy workflow was failing with ERR_PNPM_BAD_PM_VERSION: deploy.yml pinned pnpm to 11.13.0 while package.json packageManager pins pnpm@11.15.1+sha512. Removing the version input lets pnpm/action-setup@v4 read from packageManager. Also upgrade actions/checkout v4 to v5 to silence Node.js 20 deprecation warning.
