DSL1 is no longer supported

Hello everyone, I am novice on nextflow, however it seen that QuasiFlow, not longer run in newer versions of nextflow.
I got the following error when trying running

N E X T F L O W ~ version 23.04.2
Nextflow DSL1 is no longer supported — Update your script to DSL2, or use Nextflow 22.10.x or earlier.

Please let me know if other solution other than downgrading Nextflow version is available.

Hello @AAMCgenomics, we are updating this to DSL2, untill then, the workaround is working with versions that support DSL 1. Thanks.

Hi @AlfredUg, are there any updates on this issue? i have had to use an older version (NXF_VER=22.10.0) everytime i have to run, just wondering if this has been resolved now.
