A HTML/PDF rebirth flyer exists but is flyer-sized (likely A-series) — designed for walls, not for handouts at the venue, other Munich meetups (Impact Hub, Hackernest, Impact Friday), or bar tables. Postcard format is the missing variant.

KR-15x4: first event planned, 30+ attendees. Speaker pipeline is still recruiting (PROJECTS.md flags "Recruit 4 confirmed speakers"). The postcard serves double duty: (1) promote attendance, (2) QR to speaker-signup form to grow the talk pool.

Design a 2-sided German A6 postcard (105 × 148 mm):

- Brand visual matching existing rebirth-flyer

- "Sprecher werden? → QR to speaker signup form" (uses the TBD talks link from recent commit 914f506)
- "Zuhören kommen? → QR to Meetup RSVP" (RSVP link now live per recent commit)
- Contact / Telegram channel link

B — Reuse rebirth-flyer PDF by cropping to A6. Won't work; layouts don't scale down cleanly.
C — Skip postcard, invest in better Meetup / social promotion instead. Digital-only, cheaper. Loses the physical-handout channel at Buena Vista which is where 15x4's warmest crowd already dances every Sunday.
